"For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."      John 3:16 (the Bible)

This Bible verse sums up what Walderslade Baptist Church stands for.

As a Church we aim to have it at our heart, expressing our faith simply – trusting God’s love, wisdom and power, following Jesus’ example and commands, and reaching out to others in practical care and friendship.

As part of the body of Christ, it is our privilege to stand alongside our courageous brothers and sisters who are persecuted around the world. That means letting them know they're not forgotten. Strengthening them by our prayers and support.

As a Partner Church, we :
  • Hold at least one persecuted church service per year
  • Pray regularly as a whole church
  • Engage with emergency appeals
  • Share petitions that call on our political leaders to support persecuted Christians
